Mike Newman - Elder
Mike grew up in Smithfield, TX with his two brothers. His grandparents helped raise him & his cousins (who lived just blocks away) and taught them the value of working hard. He married Leah in 1996 and they joined Indian Creek on their anniversary in 2008. They are blessed with one beautiful granddaughter and eight very active grandsons. They enjoy studying God’s word, tending their fish ponds and aquariums, working in the yard, and taking care of their grandchildren on occasion.
