Faith Family: Powered by the Gospel

January 12, 2020 Preacher: Andrew White Series: Faith Family

Scripture: Acts 2:42–47

The early church is described in the book of Acts as a people devoted to the apostles' teaching, the fellowship, the breaking of bread, and the prayers. They were a fellowship that was united, generous, hospitable, and attractive to unbelievers. We are praying that Indian Creek Baptist Church would be a similar type of compelling community.

I. The Fellowship was Devoted to the Essentials (v. 42)
II. The Fellowship was Marked by Awe and Expectation (v. 43)
III. The Fellowship was United (v. 44)
IV. The Fellowship Practiced Radical Generosity (v. 45)
V. The Fellowship Worshiped Together Regularly (v. 46a)
VI. The Fellowship Enjoyed Radical Hospitality (v. 46b)
VII. The Fellowship Attracted Unregenerate People (v. 47)
