God's Deliverer

September 27, 2020 Preacher: Jake Grogan Series: Leaving Egypt: Encountering I AM in the Book of Exodus

Scripture: Exodus 2:1–2:22

In Exodus 2:1–22, we meet Israel's deliverer, Moses. In this account of his early years, we learn that God miraculously preserved his life. God sent him into the wilderness for a season of preparation. And God separated Moses for His purpose to deliver Israel from oppression in Egypt. In each of these ways, we also see that Moses is a type of the ultimate deliverer of God's people, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
