In this sermon, Pastor Jake preaches the gospel from the Old Testament. Psalm 24 is a hymn to celebrate God's presence. The ark of the covenant enters Jerusalem and the king rejoices. This text tells us about God's plan to redeem and rule the world through His human representative: His Son Jesus Christ.
I. God’s Design Has Always Been to Rule Creation Through a Human King (vv. 1–2)
II. God’s Demand is that Those Who Share in this Kingdom Must be Righteous (vv. 3–6)
III. Our Delight is that His Plan will Fully Come to Pass in the Coronation of Jesus (vv. 7–10)
